That, and actual character. While it's not increased by a whole lot, my guy in Fallout 3 feels much more real than in any other Bethesda game I've played. More dialog choices, please!

But yeah, this definitely feels like Bioblivion - sans less color.

Ever tried any of the dismembering with the bloody mess perk? Its ridiculous.
I never did get how a single BB gun bullet could decapitate a dog thought. xD

It comes out on the 31st here in the UK and i'm looking forward to it. I've never played Fallout 1 or 2 so that may be why i'm not disapointed with what i've seen so far. Ordered the UK Limited Edition that comes with some figurine aswell (Brotherhood of Steel or something - looks like the guy in both Katsumi and Kerwyns avatars).

I would highly advise NOT getting it for your PS3 cause it apparently broke mine, it is still under warranty if I am right but still a big problem....I had similar problems with oblivion.

So I finally played the game, and honestly, I was more disappointed then I had expected to be. Completely ruined Fallout 1 and 2 with this "crap" they call Fallout 3. I mean at least make the guy run/jump without making himself look like a tard doing it!

Game rating: 3/10

Sadly, animation has always been one of Bethesda's biggest faults :_ (

Oh stop the pain, my 360 currently has the RRoD.
I was thinking about renting it for the ps3, just to play it until I get my 360 back( which I heard was better than the ps3 version anyway)

I got the PS3 version today and so far only one glitch has occured. At the start theres a quest in which you have to complete a test called G.O.A.T.

The problem that occurs is you sit down and then nothing happens. To solve this you just save and reload the game - and the test continues. Other than that i've found nothing to hinder me.

Well yeah. I noticed the PS3 has some heating/cooling issues and if it runs to long it gets pretty warmish.

I can't wait to get this game I wanna blow people's arms off

I just found that out recently as well. Canceled my order from Amazon, since I'm not dealing with that kind of goddamn bullshit ever again - not even for Bethesda.

Guess why I didn't buy Spore or ANY game that has Secu ROM. For the matter of it, the only games with Sh!t ROM I have were added to a magazine or for $5 (SPELLFORCE WAS ONLY $5 AT THE RELEASE - MWAHHAHA).

Next time, on War Against Pirates Where Legal Players Loose - 100-number cd-keys, blood test and much more.

Aye, Incidentally people cracked the game the day it was released and bye bye went Securom, so basically getting it illegally is the *best* way, how sad, but it's just like Bryant said.

In my opinion they are fighting a war they can't win by trying to do all these security and anti-pirate measures to the games. They only.. I don't know.. crack them 1 week before release and start playing them before anyone else? Seems like its effective. I doubt they'll be able to make a game people can't hack through.

Now I fear for GTA:IV on PC's, no telling what kind of BS that is going to have. It's out soon though so we'll see.

And Kerwyn - I'm pretty sure an Xbox would have got a RROD from that too. :P

If you and everyone else would actually take 10 seconds to research it, there's more than one type of SecuROM, and Bethesda only uses the version that is a CD check. No rootkit. Just a CD check. The same thing they used with Oblivion.

Seriously.

(and for the record I hate DRM too, but its a silly CD check of all things. I have most of those burning programs on here too and it works just fine and peachy, but people hear SecuROM and freaaaaak out without even knowing there's different types of it that don't include the rootkit or anything at all.)

I hear that Elder Scrolls V will require fingerprint, reitnal and DNA checking in addition to a 100-number CD key.

Apparently all versions area bit buggy. Glad I didn't get this game day 1. Maybe in January when it has finished launching in all countries and they have time to fix it, it will be a good time to buy.
